Brown Should Arrest Whitman's Ex-Maid And Report Allred To Bar

You've seen the tele-novela staged by Certified Media Whore Gloria Allred, right?


So explain to me why California's top law enforcement official, Attorney General Jerry Brown, hasn't ordered the arrest of Meg Whitman's ex-maid.


After all, Allred's presentation provided probable cause galore to believe that her "client," the maid, is in the country illegally, and committed fraud.


Indeed, merely possessing a phony driver's license is unlawful under Section 14610 the California Motor Vehicle Code, and a misdemeanor under Section 40000.11(n). Translation: Allred's client could spend a year in jail for that one crime alone. And that's before we get into the perjury, tax evasion and immigration laws.


The Attorney General running for Governor need only visit TMZ website to see the maid's phony Social Security card, phony California driver's license, and false statement under penalty of perjury to the INS. Think of them as Exhibits A, B and C for the prosecution.

Next, can someone tell me why the State Bar should refrain from instituting disciplinary proceedings against Media Whore-ia Allred?

After all, Allred's presentation, as noted above, set her client up for criminal prosecution, plus deportation. Allred needs to explain how the press conference supposedly helped her client, as opposed to advancing Allred's personal political and financial interests.
